Born in Seattle, built for Salt Lake.

We got our start in Seattle, a city known for its coffee culture and love of all things invigorating. But when it came time to open our first brick-and-mortar flagship, Salt Lake City felt like the perfect fit.

SLC is an active, adventurous city, where pushing limits and embracing the outdoors is part of everyday life. It is a place where people hike, climb, ski, and recover, so why not bring them a space to recharge? CPC is here to fuel the movement with expertly crafted coffee and an easy, affordable way to cold plunge.

Most days, you will find Caleb at the store, pulling espresso shots, fixing things, and welcoming people in.

He started CPC to bring the power of cold plunging to more people, but just as importantly, to build a space where people can connect, reset, and take on the day together.

Caleb's journey with cold immersion started by accident: a broken water heater in his NYC apartment forced him into freezing showers. What started as an inconvenience quickly turned into something powerful: better focus, more energy, and improved recovery. That experience led to years of testing cold therapy in every form, from alpine lakes to high-end recovery spas, before launching CPC in 2023.

Now, in Salt Lake City, Caleb is here to help you take the plunge, whether that is into a cold bath or a new daily routine.
