Welcome to Cold Plunge Coffee, LLC ("CPC," "we," "our," or "us"). By using our
website (www.coldplungecoffee.com), purchasing from us, or using our services, you
agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use our
website or services.
2. Who We Are
Cold Plunge Coffee, LLC is a business based in Salt Lake City, Utah with roots in
Seattle, Washington, where we started roasting coffee. Our flagship location in Salt
Lake City brings together premium coffee and cold plunge therapy to provide an
invigorating and restorative experience.
Our services include:
- In-store purchases of coffee and cold plunges
- Online sales of coffee and merchandise via Square
- Cold plunge appointments booked through Square
- Customer accounts for streamlined purchases and memberships, managed via Square
- Card-on-file payments for appointments and memberships
- Integration with Zapier for Square and Squarespace automation

3. Who Can Use Our Services
By using our website or services, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years old (or the legal age in your jurisdiction).
- You will not use our services for unlawful purposes.
- You will provide accurate information when creating an account.
If we suspect any violation of these terms, we may suspend or terminate your access to
our services.
4. Creating an Account
You may create an account through Square to manage purchases, book appointments, and
track memberships. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. If
you suspect unauthorized access, notify us immediately.
5. Membership Terms, Conditions, and Refund Policy
5.1 Payments

All membership fees, class fees, and retail transactions must be paid via debit or
credit card. Monthly memberships are billed on a recurring basis to the payment
method provided at the time of purchase. By enrolling in a membership, you authorize
Cold Plunge Coffee to process recurring payments until the membership is canceled in
accordance with these terms.

All fees are non-refundable. No refunds of any kind will be issued for any reason,
including but not limited to non-usage of services.
5.2 Membership Upgrades, Pauses, and Cancellations

Members may upgrade, pause, or cancel their own membership at any time before the
next scheduled payment date via the onboarding email provided upon sign-up.

If you would like Cold Plunge Coffee to process a cancellation on your behalf, a
minimum of ten (10) days' advance written notice prior to your next billing date is
required. Written notice must be sent to: memberships@coldplungecoffee.com

Failure to provide proper notice will result in the next scheduled payment being
processed, and no refunds will be issued.
- Life happens. You can pause your membership for up to two months per year, free.

Couples memberships are billed to one card. You can swap out partners monthly by
letting us know via email or at the shop.
5.2 Refund Policy

All sales are final. Cold Plunge Coffee does not offer refunds, credits, or
exchanges for memberships, classes, retail purchases, or any other transactions,
regardless of usage.

By enrolling in a membership or making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to these
Terms, Conditions, and Refund Policy.
6. Cancellations and No-Show Policy
- Cold plunge appointments must be canceled at least 12 hours in advance to avoid being charged.
- No-shows will be charged the full appointment fee.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is owned by
CPC or its licensors. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our content without
permission.
8. Privacy and Data Use
We collect and process customer information to provide and improve our services. See
our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.
9. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount
you paid for our services in the last 12 months.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will
notify you by email or through our website.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah. Any disputes shall be
resolved in courts located in Salt Lake City, Utah.
