• In-store purchases of coffee and cold plunges
• Online sales of coffee and merchandise via Square
• Cold plunge appointments booked through Square
• Customer accounts for streamlined purchases and memberships, managed via Square
• Card-on-file payments for appointments and memberships
• Integration with Zapier for Square and Squarespace automation

3. Who Can Use Our Services

By using our website or services, you confirm that:

5. Payments and Subscriptions

• All sales are final. We do not offer refunds.
• Cold plunge appointments require a card on file. While you will not be charged upfront, you authorize us to charge your card if you no-show. Cancellations within 3 hours of the appointment will be charged 25% of the service fee.
• Exceptions: We understand that life happens. Fees will be waived for active service members, those experiencing domestic violence, or individuals who have relocated outside of Salt Lake City. Please contact us at admin@coldplungecoffee.com if you need an exemption.
• Memberships are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel anytime, but fees already charged are non-refundable.

6. Cancellations and No-Show Policy

• Cold plunge appointments must be canceled at least 12 hours in advance to avoid being charged.
• No-shows will be charged the full appointment fee.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is owned by CPC or its licensors. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our content without permission.
